Service Overview:

These terms and conditions govern the provision of courier services ("Services") by LBR Marketing PVT.LTD ("Provider") to the customer ("Customer").

Service Agreement:

By engaging our Services, the Customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.

Service Scope:

The Provider shall offer courier services for the transportation of packages and parcels as requested by the Customer. Services may include pickup, transportation, and delivery of packages within the specified regions or globally, as agreed upon.

Payment Terms:

Payments for courier services shall be made through Razorpay payment gateway integrated into our platform. Customers shall adhere to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy regarding payment processing. The Provider reserves the right to adjust pricing and payment terms with prior notice.

Service Level Agreement (SLA):

The Provider shall make reasonable efforts to ensure timely pickup and delivery of packages. Any delays or disruptions beyond the Provider's control, such as weather conditions or regulatory issues, shall not be considered a breach of contract.

Liability:

The Provider shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay in the delivery of packages, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. Customers are encouraged to purchase insurance for valuable or fragile shipments to mitigate risks.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from the provision of Services shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes may be escalated to arbitration in accordance with LBR Marketing PVT.LTD arbitration policy.

Confidentiality:

Both parties shall maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the provision of Services.

Termination:

Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior written notice. Termination shall not relieve the Customer of any outstanding payment obligations.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Panel Code.

Amendments:

The Provider reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions as necessary. Customers shall be notified of any changes in advance.

Entire Agreement:

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
